Site we Love…
While living abroad Jane and I had the opportunity to spend two glorious weeks exploring the galleries, museums, and auction houses of London. One of the trip’s highlights was a visit to the world renowned contemporary art collection displayed at The Saatchi Gallery. From selected pieces by Damien Hirst to Richard Wilson’s 20:50 the space is brimming with wildly imaginative pieces that one doesn’t soon forget. Naturally we were thrilled to learn of their more recent endeavor, Saatchi Online. The site allows artists around the globe to sell prints and originals of their artwork and the selection is nothing short of fantastic. I immediately created a profile and began assembling a wish list. Above, a few favorites…
Clockwise from the top left: Kelly by Lisa Wiseman, Red Umbrellas at the Eiffel Tower During a Hailstorm by Owen Franken, Charlotte’s Bikini by Owen Franken, Corrida in Arles by Owen Franken, M9 by Thomas Hammer, and Stuck in a Corner by Paul Foley.

Beautiful, I love the red umbrellas in the snow in Paris.
Beautiful images! Love the simplicity of kelly and stuck in the corner!
I enjoy Saatchi on my facebook daily! The showdowns are fun.
