This week we took a peek at the bookshelf of style maven Rachel Nguyen of That’s Chic. The girl has a brilliant sense of humor, envy-inducing closet, and as we suspected, a swell reading list too! :)
On my nightstand… I’ve managed to avoid Harry Potter spoilers for like what, 15 years almost? Wow, that’s a long time! But I’m slowly getting through the books and currently reading book 5, Order of the Phoenix.
On my coffee table… Not to sound cliche, but my MKA Influence book is still my favorites – partially because it was my first and my little brother used his allowance money to buy it for my birthday! How sweet is that?
On my shelf… I want to eventually reread my high-school literature; Catcher in the Rye comes to mind.

Stella on The Outnet
After professing out love for Stella McCartney sunglasses this morning we were thrilled to learn The Outnet is having a huge Stella sale on February 28th. It’s their largest Stella drop yet and will include blazers, skirts, dresses, shoes, and more! We are always impressed by their amazing designer discounts (and have a serious obsession with that citrus skirt) — mark your calendars, girls! ;)

We stumbled upon these Stella McCartney Round Sunglasses at Nordstrom over the weekend and it was love at first sight! The round shape is ultra flattering and the way they’ve subtly etched the logo on the temples is too chic. The pink and grey are absolute perfection for spring, but we were pleased to find they’re available in a classic tortoise and black too. Now all we need is some sunshine!

The stylish folks over at Garnet Hill just released a new collection of doormats and to say we’re smitten would be an understatement. What a fun way to welcome your guests! Leopard, chevron, floral, tennis — which would you choose, Matchbook girls?

We’re delighted that Matchbook cover boy Jonathan Adler ventured from home decor to women’s accessories because these jute pouches are simply perfection. Jonathan’s spring collection hit stores yesterday and we can’t wait to snatch one up! Our sights are set on the pink vespa, but the sailboat and sun might just be too hard to resist ;) And whether you’re planning on a trip to the shore this summer or simply daydreaming about it, we couldn’t ask for a more perfect tote!
