We love the versatility and playful sophistication of the Jordi Ballet Flat. The soft leopard and sleek patent leather make for a heavenly combination. Dress them up with black tights and a skirt, or down in a pair of  matchstick cords – ether way, we’ll certainly be sporting these flats around town this winter.

Whether you resolve to host more afternoon teas or simply drink more green tea in 2012, the Matchbook girl always opts for a pop of color. With vibrant ikat prints, Jasper Conran’s “Kilim” collection is just the thing to spruce up any china cupboard. Sold in pairs of cups and saucers or three piece sets (including a tea pot), you’ll be ready to entertain in no time. Surely you’ll want to view the accent plates too – can’t forget the crumpets!

The Matchbook girl… loves a colorful twist on the classics! Add in form, function, and a pop of neon and we’re all set. Ever since eyeing Janie Bryant’s neon Cambridge Satchel in the month’s Matchbook (page 114), it’s been at the top of our wish list. Available at ModCloth and ASOS, we can’t wait to pick one up!

Why hello beautiful porcelain striped tumblers… Clearly West Elm is on a mission to kill us with chicness.  And at $8, how’s a girl to resist?

We’re all about the classics here at Matchbook and it doesn’t get much more timeless than these sleeveless skater dresses from Topshop. We’d wear the black day and night while the red would surely turn heads on special occasions. All they need is a clutch, cardigan and heels!

Introducing Eleanor the Bear — the sweetest stuffed animal we ever did see! When Anna Bond introduced us to the Walnut Animal Society via Twitter we just about died of cuteness. The made in America (by hand!) collection also includes Henry the Fox, Chester the Raccoon and Ruthie the Deer. What a charming gift for little ones this holiday season!
